This project is a joint Evaluation of Norwegian and Swedish Aid in Support of Child Rights, covering the period 2001-2009. It comprises the mapping of aid interventions in four countries: Guatemala, Kenya, Mozambique and Sudan, on the basis of which a selection of projects will be made for in-depth scrutiny. The evaluation will assess the results achieved and consider the methods and procedures adopted. Four country case studies will be produced and a syntehesis report with recoemmnedations for future work. The evaluation is 'utilisation-focused', which means that throughout the evaluation process there will be close interaction with the various stakeholders - including children - so as to ensure that the findings and lessons learned are fed back to the users.
