Sudan's president Omar Bashir who is indicted by the International Criminal Court (ICC), won a landslide victory in the April elections.  All major opposition parties, however, boycotted the elections. What will be the prospects for a 'national dialogue' which was aborted and how will the turmoil in the larger region affect the fate of Sudan?
