The Islamic State Khorasan Group (ISKG) assumed responsibility for the recent terror attack in Moscow, and for numerous attacks against sivilian targets in Afghnanistan and neighboring countries. Under increased military pressure from Taliban have they converted into a network organisations, frequently applying suicide attacks against their targets. This strategy makes it difficult to predict their next attack, and thereby to hinder further civilian casualities.
