Mid-term review: Decentralised Finance Planning and Programme

Orre participated as team member in the mid-term evaluation of the Decentralised Planning and Finance Programme (DPFP) in Mozambique in September 2004. DDPF was part of the deconcentration programme of the GoM with technical support from UNCDF. Being a pilot programme in some provinces it experiments with ways of increasing district level participatory planning and local govn't capacity building.
