Norwegian Centre for Democracy support arranged the seminar "Confronting the Weakest Link: Aiding Political Parties in New Democracies" with Dr. Thomas Carothers (Vice President for Studies of International Politics and Governance at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace); Hege Hertzberg (Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs), Inge Amundsen (Senior Researcher CMI), Siv Jensen (leader, Progressive Party FrP), Marit Nybakk (Labour Party Ap), Matthias Catón (IDEA International) and an audience of about 40 people.
