The evalution report From Donors to Partners? examined the role of Norwegian organsiations in supporting civil society in developing countries, It was published in January 2018. Norad's Evaluiation Department hosted presentation workshops in Nepal and Ethiopia in April 2018. The workshops targeted Norwegian and local CSOs reviewed, as well as embassies, donor agencies and other stakeholders. The report summarises the presentation and discussion at each of the seminars.
