IT apprentice focusing on user support and security.

I am currently completing a two-year IT apprenticeship at CMI under the supervision of Aksel Mjeldheim. My primary responsibilities include onboarding and provisioning new devices, providing user support through the internal Helpdesk ticketing system, and assisting with day-to-day IT operations.

I actively monitor system health and security compliance across devices, tracking patch management and coordinating necessary system updates. As my apprenticeship progresses, I am taking on broader responsibilities in internal IT projects, with a particular focus on network infrastructure and optimization.
