Master`s student in Global Development and Planning focusing on the efficiency of the REDD+ programme.

Lene Hansen is a student at the master´s course in Global Development and Planning at the University of Agder, and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Leeds University. She is currently writing her master´s thesis on the topic of REDD+, focusing on carbon leakage, reporting and the efficiency of the programme. 

Next to writing her masters, she is currently working in the Directorate for higher education and skills, where she works with internationalisation, enhancing quality of education and implementation of the sustainable development goals in education.
