In this presention Dr Aragon, the new director of FLACSO Guatemala and well-known columnist and educational specialist from Guatemala will discuss the challenges to Peace and Development in Central America. Specific discussion will be made of the context and causes of political and social inequality in the region and specifically in Guatemala.
