    Is it possible to look beyond the fabric of fashion into the fabric of our lives?

    In this talk, Issraa El-Kogali will focus on her experience of misconceptions and stereotypes of Muslim women. She will reflect around her Ibsen Scholarship awarded art installation project “Nora’s Cloth” and talk about her previous film and photography projects.

    Issraa El-Kogali is a Sudanese artist and film-maker. The exhibition Nora's Cloth is currently installed at the Bergen Resource Centre for International Development and can be viewed Thursday 24 October between 9:00 and 15.00 and Friday 25 October between 09:00-13:00.
