What does the future hold for Afghanistan's women?
In October last year, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that it will cut humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan by 7 percent in the 2014 national budget. The cut is a result of what the Ministry of Foreign Affairs sees as a breach of promise to ensure women's rights. The proposed ‘anti-women gag law' has caused international stir. What does the future hold for Afghanistan's women?
