The Baloch people inhabit a poverty-stricken area rich in natural resources straddling Pakistan, Iran, and Afghanistan. Recent clashes between the government of Pakistan and Baloch nationalists over autonomy, wealth distribution and natural resources have risen dramatically after the Military took over in Pakistan and the fall of Taliban regime in Afghanistan.

Senator Sanaullah Baloch is Member Senate of Pakistan and a member of the Standing Committee on Local Government and Problems of Less Developed areas. He also serves as a member of the Senate Function Committee on Government Assurances. He is also Central Secretary Information of Balochistan National Party. He serves on the Board Member of Directors of Balochistan Institute for Future Development.
