Jobs network workshop in Nepal

CMI and Social Science Baha had a two days workshop in Kathmandu on the Research Council of Norway supported Jobs network. The 18 presentations covered everything from street vendors in Kathmandu to large scale industrial parks in Ethiopia. Common topics were training and education programs, female empowerment and potential backlash, and with the workshop being in Nepal a number of papers on the consequences of large scale outmigration.
