Presentation by César Rodríguez-Garavito, Associate Professor of Law and founding Director of the Program on Global Justice and Human Rights at the University of the Andes, Bogota, Colombia. He is the author of books and articles on law, globalization, social movements, and human rights. His recent books include The Globalization of the Rule of Law (2009), Global Labor Law (ed., 2010), Courts and Structural Social ChangeHow the Colombian Constitutional Court Transformed Internal Displacement in Colombia (with D.
