Real-Time Evaluation of Norway's International Climate and Forest Initiative
The current phase of the evaluation of Norway's International Climate and Forest Initiative focuses on lessons learned from support to civil society organisations. Since 2009 Norway has made NIOK 350 million available for support to international, Norwegian and local NGOs and civil society organisations active in this area. The evaluation reviews the civil society portfolio through an assesmment of their role and contributions at the global and international level and thorugh studies of the programmes in Indonesia, Cameroon, DR Congo and Peru.
The evaluation is carried out by a consortium of four institutions: LTS International, Econometrica, Indufor and CMI
