Review of Norwegian Band Federation and Field Band Foundation

This study is commissioned by the Norwegian Fredskorpset. and is a review of the co-operation between the Norwegian Band Federation and the Field Band Foundation in South Africa. This co-operation between the two organisations began in 1999 and it has been funded by Fredskorpset since 2001. It is the longest ongoing Fredskorpset project with nearly 100 band instructors having been exchanged between Norway and South Africa since the beginning.
The purpose of the review is to document results and gain knwoledge of factors for successes and failures
