This project is the contribution of a chapter on the changing global aid architecture in edited collection of papers on changing global politics and implications for Norweigan foreign policy. It is commissioned by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs which will publish the book in cooperation with commercial published..
The project will also include the contriubution to Foriegn Ministry blog on the topic, the organisation of seminar on tyhe topic at CMI and particiaption in workshop/book launch.
