An appraisal of Danida support to SAPES Trust
The objective of the mission was to assist SAPES in intiating the formulation of the necessary framework for the proposed twinning arrangement between SAPES and a Nordic/Danish institute in the field of peace and security as well as to assist SAPES in establishing a work plan for the formulation of the necessary details concerning the objective, outputs and technical modalities (including budget) for this arrangement.
