An evaluation the Haydom Lutheran Hospital (HLH) in Tanzania and the realization of main goals and objectives of the HLH 5-Year Strategic Plan. HLH has received significant funding from the Government of Norway. The evaluation includes an assessment of the contribution of Norwegian Church Aid as a grant manager from January 2015.
