The 1999 Small Business Baseline Survey

The aim of the Baseline Survey was to generate information on the characteristics of entrepreneurs and enterprises in the Erongo and Otjozondjupa regions in order to measure the impact of the SME policy. The study also provides a set of policy recommendation for improving SME policies in Namibia.
