Kampen mot barneekteskap har fått vind i seilene. I løpet av de siste årene har regjeringer i en rekke land satt i gang reformer for å få på plass en nedre grense på 18 år for å gifte seg. Men i noen land har tiltakene ført til at aktører tar opp kampen mot en slik nedre aldersgrense, men ikke i alle. Hva skyldes det?
