Taliban si nye morallov set strenge føringar for afghanske kvinner og menn sin oppførsel, og kva dei kan og ikkje kan gjere. Etter tre år ved makta strammat Taliban-leiinga inn kontrollen over befolkninga og utfordrar samstundes den internasjonale anerkjenninga dei etterspør.
