Emma Helmine Bakken

Emma is in her 2nd year of her Bachelor’ degree in Organizational Psychology, HR and Leadership at BI Business School and she will intern in the HR unit from January to the end of April.

While at CMI, Emma will work on analyzing CMI’s current sick leave statistics, follow up, and promotion for mental health, assessing it towards the legal requirements and best practice, and formulating suggestions for improving our sick leave follow-up and promotion of mental health among staff.
