Ingrid is a student in the master's programme Economics and Business Administration at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
Her academic interests lie in development economics and economic inequality. She currently works as a Student Ambassador and recently completed an internship at the OECD in Paris.
Together with Helene Holmlund, she is writing her thesis on the Employment Tax Incentive (ETI) reform implemented in South Africa in 2014.
The thesis investigates how the ETI reform has influenced income inequality in South Africa, and aim to assess income inequality trends before and after the reform.
Her research mentor at CMI is Ingrid Hoem Sjursen, and she will be a part of the Tax research group.
