Partnership agreement between operations evaluation department of the World Bank and Norwegian MFA

In 1998, an agreement was signed between MFA and the Operations Evaluation Department to enhance Norwegian participation in evaluations of World Bank's activities. CMI assisted the Planning and Evaluation Staff of the Ministry in setting up a framework for the management of the agreement, and in reviewing proposals formulated by OED for the start-up of the co-operation. A report was presented in August 1999.
