Appraisal of Norwegian Support to the EAC Partnership Fund

This project is an appraisal of contemplated Norwegian support to the newly established EAC Partnership Fund which is designed to assist the East African Community in its efforts to promote integration among the three member states - Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. The appraisal comprises a consideration of the Fund's objectives, design and management structure. Sustainability and risk factors are also asssessed.
