Sudan: Presidenten gjør sykehusene til målskiver

Demonstranter som har blitt såret under opptøyene i Sudan har søkt til sykehusene for å få hjelp. Også der blir de ofre for regimestyrkenes kuler. For Omar al-Bashirs regime er ingenting hellig. Sykehus og helsepersonell har nå blitt målskiver, skriver CMI-forsker Liv Tønnessen.
