Norge har spilt en viktig rolle i Sudan, men er nå satt på sidelinjen av andre aktører som konkurrerer om makt og innflytelse. Det er behov for en sterkere norsk og europeisk innsats for å hindre et totalt sammenbrudd med store ringvirkninger.
