Helge Rønning will inform about the upcoming Kampala conference with the title Legitimacy of Power - Possibilities of Opposition. Lise Rakner will discuss the role of opposition in African elections. Lovise Aalen presents a book project (in progress) with the preliminary title Consolidating dominance: decentralisation and central control in African states.
