China and Uganda. Workshop in Kampala
CMI and the Makerere University organised a workshop in Kampala in 6 February 2014 to discuss China and Uganda with a particular focus on media and telecommunications. The workshop was funded by the Norwegian embassy in Kampala and was officially opened by the the Norwegian and Chinese ambassadors in Uganda. The workshop formed part of the research project the Voice of China in Africa.
