Endå ein krig på Afrikas Horn? Den gamle grensestriden mellom Sudan og Etiopia er brennheit igjen

Både Etiopia og Sudan er i sårbare overgangssituasjonar etter maktskifte i dei to landa i 2018. Etiopia er i tillegg i krig med den tidlegare makthavaren TPLF i nordlege Etiopia. Samstundes skjer det væpna trefningar på grensa mellom dei to landa, og det vert spekulert i om ein fullskala krig mellom Etiopia og Sudan er under utvikling.
