The purpose of this project was to provide the Norwegian Embassy in Luanda with a basis for a decision on continued support to the Norwegian People's Aid (NPA's) Mine Action Program in Angola. It includes a review of the 2004-2007 programme and an appraisal of the NPA's Proposal for 2008-2010 including work plan and budget.
